Q: Can I cancel my preorder Peloton Row?
A: Yes, you can cancel your preorder prior to delivery.
Q: When do I get charged if I preorder Peloton Row?
A: To preorder Peloton Row, you will need to provide your credit card information and you’ll be charged 5 days prior to your scheduled delivery or 90 days post purchase (whichever comes first). This delayed payment logic will apply to all of the products in your Row order.
Q: Can I test out Peloton Row at a showroom?
A: You’ll be able to test out the new Peloton Row in showrooms later this year. Stay tuned for more information soon.
Q: Can I sign up to be notified when it’s available in my market?

Q: Will you sell Peloton Row on Amazon?
A: We do not have plans to sell Peloton Row on Amazon.

Q: Which Peloton Membership is required for Peloton Row?
A: You’ll need our All-Access Membership to access our library of rowing content on Peloton Row. All-Access Membership also includes access to the Peloton App, live and on-demand classes, personalized class recommendations and access to training programs that help you reach your goals. Q: How much does the All-Access Membership cost?
A: All-Access Membership gives your household access to our library of live and on-demand classes for $44 per month. For more information, visit onepeloton.com/membership.
Q: If I have 2 rowers, do I need 2 All-Access Memberships?
A: If you have 2 Peloton Rows, you’ll need two separate All-Access Memberships.
Q: If I already have a Peloton Bike/Bike+ or Tread, do I need to pay for another subscription for the Peloton Row?
A: No, your Peloton All-Access Membership can be attached to one Peloton Bike or Bike+, one Peloton Tread and one Peloton Row in the same household.

Q: When will I receive delivery if I preorder?
A: Peloton Row preorders will be delivered starting in December 2022.
Q: Is there a separate fee for delivery?
A: White-Glove delivery is included in the price of Peloton Row.
Q: What are the product specs?

Q: With White-Glove delivery, will the delivery team set up my Peloton Row anywhere in my home?
A: Yes, our delivery team will assemble your Peloton Row in your room of choice.
Q: Is there a wall anchor? Is there a tip-over restraint? What is the Upright Wall Anchor?
A: Peloton Row comes with an Upright Wall Anchor that allows you to store your hardware upright and save space in your home. The Upright Wall Anchor is a safety feature that prevents your Row from falling over while it’s stowed vertically. For more information and setup instructions, click here.
Q: Does Peloton set up the Upright Wall Anchor?
A: No, Peloton does not set up the Upright Wall Anchor. For safety reasons, we strongly recommend getting this professionally installed. Please refer to the Upright Wall Anchor guide that comes with your Peloton Row. For more information, click here.
Q: How do I set up the wall anchor?
A: The Upright Wall Anchor can be mounted to a standard wood stud. Your Peloton Row comes with the screws needed to mount your wall anchor. For safety reasons, we strongly recommend getting the Upright Wall Anchor professionally installed. Please refer to the Upright Wall Anchor guide that comes with your Peloton Row. Q: How much space do you recommend for the Peloton Row?
A: For Row-only workouts, we recommend 2’ clearance to the left, right and rear of the Peloton Row. For Row Bootcamp classes, we recommend 2’ clearance to the rear, 2’ clearance on one side and 4’ clearance on the other side. For more information, click here.
Q: What are the minimum power requirements for the Peloton Row?
A: Peloton Row uses a three-pronged plug and will work in a standard outlet in your US home.
Q: What are the WiFi requirements for the Peloton Row?
A: We recommend a minimum of 10-15 mbps download and 2.5 mbps upload speed for your Peloton Row touchscreen.
Q: My calories are not accurate. What should I do?
A: For the most accurate calorie estimation, make sure your height and weight are entered into your Profile Settings on the Row by navigating to Settings > Profile Settings > Height / Weight.

Q: What types of classes can I take on the Peloton Row?
A: You can access a wide variety of classes on Peloton Row including Rowing, Row Bootcamp, Time & Distance Scenic classes, music-based classes and more. There’s a range of class types, difficulty levels, and class lengths to fit your goals and mood. You can also take one of Peloton Row’s guided Programs to get started. Q: Will there be live classes?
A: At launch, we'll have a library of on-demand classes available. We plan to introduce a live schedule in early 2023. Stay tuned for more information!
Accessories
Q: Will there be dedicated Rowing Accessories available?
A: We offer a specially designed mat for your Peloton Row to protect your floors from scuffing and sweat.
Q: Are there any required Accessories to use the Rower?
A: You don’t need any special equipment to utilize the Peloton Row. We recommend wearing close-fitting clothes and flexible shoes with firm soles.
Q: Can I preorder Accessories with my Peloton Row preorder?
A: Yes, you can preorder your Accessories with your Peloton Row. Please note, if you place an Accessories order with your preorder, they will ship with your Peloton Row or within 1-2 weeks of your delivery.
Q: What Accessories Bundles will be available for the Peloton Row?
A: We will offer various bundles, available for purchase starting on Tuesday, September 20, 2022. These bundles will allow you to purchase accessories such as workout mats and weights to ensure that you’re ready to get up and running on day one!
Warranty
Q: Is there a warranty?
A: Your Peloton Row is covered by a 12-month comprehensive parts and labor limited warranty. The Peloton Row frame is covered by a 5-year parts limited warranty. For more information, click here.
Q: Does Peloton offer a Protection Plan?
A: Yes, you can purchase a Protection Plan concurrently with your Peloton Row or up to 1 year after receiving delivery. The Protection Plan provides a 3-year extension to the 12-month limited warranty (4 years of total coverage) plus 4 years of Accidental Damage coverage starting from your Peloton Row delivery date. Q: Can I use the Referral Program rewards/discount with a Peloton Row purchase?
A: At this time, Peloton Row purchases are not eligible with the Referral Program.
Q: Are there discounts on Peloton Row?
A: We do not offer a discount on Peloton Row, but if you already have an All-Access Membership, it can be attached to one Peloton Bike or Bike+, one Peloton Tread, and one Peloton Row in the same household.
