Once your Peloton Row order has been placed, please refer to your confirmation email for the estimated delivery time. Accessories are shipped separately via small parcel service and may arrive 1 to 2 weeks before or after your Peloton Row. Please note, your Peloton Accessories may arrive in one or more boxes. You will receive a separate tracking number once they’ve been shipped.
Peloton Premier Experience FAQs
Q: What does Peloton Premier Experience mean?
A: Peloton Premier Experience services include delivery into your room of choice, assembly and connection of the Row, and removal of packaging materials. It does not include installations of the Upright Wall Anchor.

Q: What can I expect with Peloton Premier Delivery?
Once Peloton Row arrives at your home, please allow at least 30 minutes for our Service Technician to complete the assembly of your Row. All Technicians are professional, courteous and will be respectful of your home. They will also be sure to remove any of the Row's packaging materials from your home before leaving.
- Once assembly has been properly completed, you will be responsible for setting up your Peloton Account and activating your Peloton Membership on the Row. Please click here for more information on how to easily do so.
Q: What can I do to prepare for my delivery?
A: Always make sure that the designated space for your Peloton Row is clear and please keep children, pets, and objects away from the Row at all times. We have taken numerous precautions to keep our Members and Teams safe, including minimizing the time our Team spends in your home. For more information on the Row’s dimensions, click here.
