Adjusting your foot straps on the Peloton Row is key to keeping your feet comfortable and secure during your workout. The Foot Stretcher on the Peloton Row ranges from women's size 5 to men's size 13.5
To properly adjust your foot straps, please follow the steps below:
Step 1 To adjust the height of the heel slide, sit on the rower with your feet on the floor. |

Step 2 Flex the front of the heel slide towards you and pull it up or push it down to the height that fits your foot. |
|
Step 3 Adjust the heel slide length so the foot strap rests across the base of your toes. Make sure you can lift your heel comfortably while your toes and the ball of your foot press firmly against the foot rest. If not, take your foot out and adjust the heel slide again until you can. |
|
Step 4 When you tighten the foot strap, it shouldn’t be too loose, but should have a little wiggle room. You should be able to slide two fingers between the strap and your shoe. If the tops of your feet hurt when you’re rowing, you might need to adjust the heel slide or your foot straps until you find the setting that’s right for you. |
