Reporting or Appealing a Violation
Below you will find information on reporting and appealing a violation. Please do not expect a personal response from Peloton after making the applicable form submission. Peloton, in its sole discretion, will determine whether a violation has occurred and whether a violation has been upheld or reversed.
Report a Violation: If you believe any User Content or Member behavior is in violation of this Policy and wish to report it to Peloton, you may voluntarily submit the violation using this form.
Appeal a Violation: If you believe that Peloton deemed your behavior or User Content on the Peloton Service a violation of this Policy in error, you may voluntarily submit an appeal using this form.
Appeal a Referral Code Violation: If you believe that Peloton deemed your behavior or use of your Referral Code a violation of this Policy in error, you may contact our Support team about it by clicking this link.
