If the microphone on your Peloton Guide will not turn on, or you see a notification on your screen, please follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue. After each step, try turning the microphone on to see if the issue has been resolved.
- While in a class, toggle the microphone switch on and off. The microphone switch is located on the back of the Peloton Guide.
- Power cycle the Peloton Guide by disconnecting the power cable from the back. Wait 30 seconds before plugging the cable back in.
- Re-calibrate Voice Control by navigating to Settings > Voice Control > Calibration.
