Note: Once a class is skipped, taking that class at a later date will not count towards your Program goals.
Programs are available on the Peloton Bike, Bike+, Tread, Tread+, Apple®, Android®, web, and Guide.
You can find the catalog of Peloton Programs via the Programs tab on the home screen. Because these classes are unique to the training programs, they will only be available via the Programs tab. Classes taken outside of the Program in the on-demand library will not count towards your Program goals.
Our new Split Training program, utilizing a more traditional style of strength training with the option to use heavier weight and intent to build muscle, is exclusively on the Peloton Guide for the first seven weeks beyond release.
