You may cancel your order at any time prior to delivery. If you wish to cancel and receive a refund, you can do so online via the order status page. To reach your order status page, please check your order confirmation email. If you do not see the option to cancel on your order status page please contact our Member Support Team for assistance.
To begin canceling your order, select the "Cancel Order" option in the top right corner. Please see the screenshot below:
Once your order is canceled, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed and issued to your original payment method.
If you paid with financing, your refund will be submitted to Affirm. Please reach out to Affirm directly for additional information on what to expect with your refund.
