The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Apparel Shipping Policy.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Orders may be delayed from shipment due to discrepancies in billing or shipping information. Transit time may be extended due to incomplete shipping address (i.e. missing or invalid apartment number/street number), weather conditions and/or high volume of packages during holidays or promotional events.
All ground packages are shipped via USPS (2-5 Days) with a $7 shipping fee.
Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
*Orders with a subtotal over $50 after applied credits, discounts, and promotions will receive FREE shipping within the Continental U.S.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Peloton accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, and Apple® Pay.
Please Note: Shipping information cannot be updated or changed once an order has been fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse. Please make sure all information under shipping is correct before finalizing your order.
