Peloton product owners may be eligible to purchase an optional protection plan to receive accidental damage and surge protection, along with extending the 12-month manufacturer’s warranty coverage period.
- Bike, Bike+, Tread, and Row: Peloton offers 48 months of comprehensive protection. This extends the 12-month manufacturer's limited warranty by 36 months and also includes added accidental damage and surge protection from the purchase date. Certain components such as the Bike/Tread/Row frame receive a longer parts limited manufacturer warranty and will only receive labor coverage extension.
- Guide: Peloton offers 24 months of comprehensive protection. This extends the 12-month manufacturer's limited warranty by 12 months and also includes added accidental damage and surge protection from the purchase date.

Peloton Protection Plans do not cover:
- Any cosmetic part or finish damage such as paint, plastic, dents, scratches, chips, rust or peeling that does not impact the functionality of the product
- General hardware maintenance
- Damage resulting from natural disasters or moves outside of your home

- Adding a protection plan in checkout when you purchase your Peloton Bike, Tread, Row, or Guide.
- Calling 1- 866-650-1996 or chat with us to purchase up to 12-months after your Peloton product delivery.
- Accidental damage coverage for plans purchased after equipment delivery starts 30 days after the protection plan purchase date and ends 48 months after your Bike, Bike+, Tread, or Row delivery date, and 24 months after your Guide delivery date. All other coverage components begin on the protection plan purchase date and end on the same timing.
Peloton Protection Plans can be returned at any time for a pro-rated refund.

What items are eligible for Peloton protection plans?
Peloton Bike, Peloton Bike+, Peloton Tread, Peloton Row, and Peloton Guide units sold in the continental U.S. are eligible for a Peloton Protection Plan, along with Peloton Certified Refurbished Bike and Bike+ units. New and Peloton Certified Refurbished Bike, Peloton Bike+ and Peloton Guide protection plans are also available in Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

When does my Peloton Protection Plan begin?
Accidental damage and surge protection begin the later of your product delivery date or the purchase date of your protection plan. Extended coverage of the manufacturer’s limited warranty takes effect once the 12-month coverage period ends.
Can I purchase a Peloton Protection Plan if I’ve already bought my Peloton equipment?
Members who had their Peloton equipment delivered less than 12 months ago are eligible to purchase a protection plan. Members purchasing a protection plan after delivery of their equipment will receive accidental damage coverage, beginning 30 days after the plan purchase date and ending 48 months after the product delivery date for Bike, Bike+, Tread, and Row ,and 24 months after the product delivery date for Guide. All other coverage components begin on the plan purchase date and end on the same timing.
How might Peloton Protection Plans be different from 3rd-party coverage?
Peloton Protection Plans include genuine replacement parts, service from Peloton-authorized technicians, and requires no 3rd-party communication, or reimbursement process.
Once I purchase a Peloton Protection Plan, do I need to register my product or do anything else?
Registration is automatic. Protection plan Terms and Conditions will be emailed to you shortly after your product has been delivered. You should keep your product receipt and the confirmation email for future reference.
Is my Peloton Protection Plan transferable to a new owner if I sell or gift my product?
Protection plans sold on or after April 5, 2022 are transferable. If you are purchasing a previously-owned Peloton product, be sure to request and retain the protection plan order confirmation from the original owner in the event you require future service under this plan.
Does my Peloton Protection Plan cover me if I move to a different location within my country?
Yes, Peloton Protection Plans will still apply as long as you don’t damage the Peloton product during the move and you move to a location where Peloton actively sells protection plans.
Does my Peloton Protection Plan cover me if I move to a different country?
No, Peloton Protection Plans only apply in the country/territory you originally purchased your Peloton product as outlined in your Terms and Conditions.
Can I purchase a Peloton Protection Plan if I am the second owner?
No, only the original owner is eligible to purchase a Protection Plan.
Is there a deductible or a limit to the number of claims I can make with Peloton Protection Plans?
There is no deductible and no limit to the number of claims submitted as long as you don’t exceed the maximum liability limit outlined in your terms and conditions.
Is the warranty void when using 3rd party accessories and attachments?
Your warranty still applies to Peloton branded components as long as the failure is not caused by the 3rd party accessory or caused by installation of the third-party accessory.
