We know you’re going to love your Peloton Experience, but if you’re unsure, we completely understand. That’s why Peloton is offering Members the opportunity to purchase a Bike risk-free. Eligible Members will be able to try the Peloton Bike (and accessories, if purchased together) for 30 days. If you’re not satisfied with your Peloton experience, simply reach out to our Support Team within 30 days of delivery and we’ll pick up your Bike for a full refund.
Who is eligible for Home Trial?
- Members purchasing their first Bike
- Members who have never done Home Trial
What is refundable?
- Bike and all accessories purchased together within 30 days
- Delivery Fees
Once our Delivery Team picks up the Bike and we receive the returned accessories, we will issue a refund within 5-7 business days.
How to request a return?
Home Trial does not apply to the following:
- The Peloton Tread
- More than one Bike per order
- Accessory purchased (without Bike)
- Remote areas including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S Virgin Islands, and ferry-only accessible locations. To determine if your address is in an eligible location, please contact our Support Team.
