Being strong and built to last, the Peloton Bike is designed to provide a near-silent experience. However, it's always best to pay close attention to your Bike to ensure everything is running smoothly.
The Bike has a lot of moving pieces, and often only small adjustments are needed to get your Bike back to a near-silent ride. Your Bike does require some simple maintenance which you can check out in our Caring For Your Bike section.
If you continue to hear a sound coming from your Bike, please email us at support@onepeloton.com and include a short video of the noise. We will run the issue by our technicians and determine the best way to get you back up and riding noise-free.
