The Leaderboard is one of Peloton’s many unique engagement features. Members can use the Leaderboard as a tool to connect with one another and motivate themselves when pushing towards a new personal goal.
Viewing the Leaderboard
To view the Leaderboard on your Peloton Bike/Bike+/Tread/Row, tap the Leaderboard icon on the right hand side of your touchscreen. This will keep the Leaderboard on your screen for the duration of the class. To hide the Leaderboard, tap the Leaderboard heading again.
To view the Leaderboard on your App, tap the person icon located on the middle left of the screen if your device is in a vertical position or located on the top right corner of the screen if your device is in a horizontal position. To view the Leaderboard on the web, click the icon located on the top right corner of the screen.
Please note that only the Here Now Leaderboard is available on the App and web, displaying your and other Members’ class progress in real-time.
All Time and Here Now
On the Leaderboard on the Bike/Bike+, Tread/Tread+, and Row, Members can find two different views in on-demand classes: All Time and Here Now.
All Time
All Time Leaderboard displays every Member who has ever joined the same class as you and their final Leaderboard ranking. Here, you can also see other Members’ Leaderboard names, gender, age, and tags.
Tap their Leaderboard name to view another Member’s public profile information. To choose what information is displayed on the Leaderboard, you can review your privacy settings. For more information, click here.
Here Now
With the Here Now feature on the Leaderboard, you can see who else is taking the same On-Demand class as you in real-time, no matter where they are in the class. Simply filter your Leaderboard to Here Now to see who else is working out with you. Further filter the Leaderboard by gender, Members in your age range, and Members sharing your tag groups to customize your class and Leaderboard experience.
While using the Here Now Leaderboard, you may notice a few different progress indicators:
- A white circle around a Member’s profile picture shows their progress in the class.
- A gray checkmark on a Member’s profile picture indicates they have completed the class in the time that you started.
- A blue, green, yellow, orange, or red vertical line on the right hand side of a Member’s Leaderboard name displays their heart rate range from their heart rate monitor if they enabled public viewing in their privacy settings.
To high five another Member, tap their Leaderboard name to send them some virtual encouragement. When another Member sends you a high five, you can return the high five by tapping on the high five they sent you in the feed, located on the left side of the touchscreen screen.
