Starting A Peloton App Membership
To activate your Peloton App Membership, please follow the steps below:
- Go to www.onepeloton.com/app.
- Select the Peloton App Membership you would like to start.
- Complete your Peloton Account creation process.
- If you’re eligible for a trial, your trial will begin automatically based on the membership you chose.
Please Note: If you are a new paying Member, you will have the option to choose between a trial to the App One Membership or the App+ Membership. To learn more about our different Peloton App Membership plans, please click here.
Upgrading or Downgrading Your Peloton App Membership
Once you have selected or purchased a Peloton App Membership using the Web, you will be able to easily upgrade or downgrade your Peloton App Membership from the Peloton website at any time.
Upgrading Your App Membership
To upgrade your Peloton App Membership, please follow the steps below:
- Login using your Peloton credentials at www.onepeloton.com/mymembership.
- From the “My Memberships” page, select the “Upgrade” button next to your current Membership.
- You will then be asked to choose the membership and billing cycle (if applicable) you would like to upgrade to.
- Once you have completed these steps, your membership will be officially upgraded. You will receive an order confirmation and receipt via email.

Downgrading Your Peloton App Membership
If you would like to downgrade your Peloton App Membership, please follow the steps below. If you choose to downgrade, you will not receive a refund.
- Login using your Peloton credentials at www.onepeloton.com/mymembership.
- From the “My Memberships” page, select the “Manage” button next to your current membership.
- After doing so, select the Peloton App Membership plan you wish to downgrade to.
- You will then be asked to choose the cadence of your membership billing cycle, if applicable (annual or monthly), and to confirm your payment method. You will be informed of what content will be available with your new membership plan.
- Once you have completed these steps, your Peloton App Membership will be updated at the end of your current billing cycle. You will receive an order confirmation and receipt via email.

Managing Your Annual Peloton App Membership
Peloton Members with an App One or App+ Membership can update their billing cycle at any time. To start this process, navigate to your “Membership Details.” You will then have the option to either “Switch to Monthly Billing” or “Switch to Annual Billing.”
Monthly to Annual
Before confirming your switch to annual billing for your monthly Peloton App One or App+ Membership, you will be required to agree to the Peloton Membership Terms along with details on the new billing date.
Once you have read and agreed to the Membership Terms and confirm your billing change, you will receive a confirmation and receipt via email. Please note, your annual membership will begin at the start of your next billing cycle.
Annual to Monthly
Before confirming your switch to monthly billing for your annual Peloton App One or App+ Membership, you will be required to agree to the Peloton Membership Terms along with details on the new billing date after the expiration of your annual membership.
You will then receive your order confirmation and receipt via email. Please note, your monthly membership plan will not begin until your annual Membership expires. The start date for your monthly billing can be found in your confirmation email.
Membership Refunds and Proration
Members may be eligible for a refund of a prorated amount when upgrading their membership plans or changing their billing cycles directly via Peloton. See more information on refunds and proration below:
App One Monthly > App+ Monthly
You will be billed for the remainder of the days until the renewal date at App+ price minus what you already paid for the App One in the current billing cycle. Your renewal date will not change, you will just have to pay the additional amount to get App+ access (at the App+ day rate) until the renewal date.
App One Annual > App + Annual
Your renewal date will not change. The remainder of your App One Membership is prorated based on the days left in your current billing cycle, but at the App+ day rate.
