When you first turn on your Peloton bike, you will be asked to log in using the credentials for your Peloton account.
All bike owners automatically have a Peloton account created for them during checkout but still need to set their password. To set up your password, click here and enter the email that you used to purchase your bike.
Once you have set your password, you can update your information on your web profile, bike, or our iOS app at any time.
Updating Basic Information:
You can update your basic information from your web profile.
To update your basic information on the Peloton bike, tap your username in the bottom left-hand corner of your touchscreen, then tap ‘My Account’. From here, you can update your name, username, email, location, birthday, and phone number.
Updating Profile Picture:
If you would like to add or update your profile picture, you can do so on your profile page.
If you would like to update your profile picture on the Peloton bike, tap your username in the bottom left-hand corner of your touchscreen, then tap ‘My Account’. From here, you can tap ‘Change Picture’ to take a new picture from your bike’s front-facing camera or import a picture from Facebook.
