What is the Guide Membership?
The Guide Membership unlocks access to the Peloton Guide experience. For £24 a month, Guide Members have access for up to 5 people in their household to enjoy our expansive content library as well as Self Mode and Movement Tracker, which are exclusive to Peloton Guide. For existing All-Access Members, Peloton Guide will be included as part of your existing Membership. App Members can upgrade their Membership to an All-Access Membership.
Who needs a Guide Membership?
Anyone who has purchased a Peloton Guide and does not have an active All-Access Membership will be required to have an All-Access Membership. If you are an existing Peloton App Member, you will need to upgrade to an All-Access Membership.
If I am an existing Peloton All-Access Member, do I need to purchase a separate Membership to use Peloton Guide?
The Peloton All-Access Membership includes access to Peloton Guide at no additional cost. You do not need to purchase an additional Membership.
How do I activate the Peloton Guide if I have an existing Peloton All-Access or Peloton App Membership?
For a Peloton All-Access Membership, you will input your current information and for the Peloton App Membership, you will go through a process to upgrade to an All-Access Membership in order to use the Peloton Guide Device. Please refer to the Activation Flow section of this article for more in-depth details.

Activating Your Peloton Guide
1. The activation process will begin on your TV and you will see the “Get Started” intro page below.

2. Once “Get Started'' is selected, you will be prompted to connect to your WiFi network and select your timezone.
3. After connecting to the internet, the device may install a firmware update (if applicable). After any firmware updates, you will be prompted to calibrate your screen, set up body tracking, and learn about the camera enable/disable functions.

4. Next, you’ll be prompted to complete activation at auth.onepeloton.com/activate on your desktop or mobile device. Input the code visible on your TV screen and select “Start Activation”.
Please note, you may need to refresh your screen to receive a new code to activate if your original code times out.

5. After activation, select “Get Started” and log in to your Peloton profile on your desktop or mobile device if you are not already. If you do not have an account, you will be prompted to create an account before advancing (You will be automatically redirected to the page to do so). Once you are logged in, select “Continue” to advance.
6.(a) If you have an active Peloton All-Access Membership:
If you are a Peloton All-Access Member you will be prompted to select your Membership and select “Continue” on the screen.

On the next screen, confirm your details, which shows your profile email, the Membership you are activating, and your billing method (last 4 digits of your credit card and the credit card brand). If you do not have a CC on file, you will be prompted to input any credit card information in order to advance. If the information is correct select “Activate” to attach the Membership.
6.(b) If you have an active Peloton App Membership:
If you are a Peloton App Member you will be prompted to upgrade your Peloton App Membership into an All-Access Membership by selecting “Continue”. It’s important to note if you are a Peloton App Member you are required to upgrade your Membership in order to use the Peloton Guide. If you choose not to upgrade your Membership, the activation process will be cancelled and you will not be able to utilize the Guide.

Next, you will need to provide credit card information. You will separately need to cancel your current Peloton App Membership to avoid duplicate charges. If you are paying via a third-party platform (such as Apple® or Google® Play) please make sure to cancel your Membership through the appropriate platform.

After providing your payment information, select “Start All-Access Membership ” to advance to instructions on cancelling your Peloton App Membership.

After inputting your payment information, you will be directed to a page providing you with a link to the instructions on how to cancel your Peloton App Membership. Once you cancel your Membership select “Continue to Activation”.

On the next screen, confirm your details, which shows your profile email, the Membership you are activating, and the billing method (last 4 digits and card brand). If the information is correct select “Activate” to attach the Membership. After this, you will advance to a new screen to complete your profile if applicable.
6.(c) If you do not have a Peloton All-Access or Peloton App Membership:
If you are a new Member without an active Membership, you will be prompted to start an All-Access Membership. First, you will need to input your payment information.

If the information is correct select “Activate” to attach the Membership. After this, you will advance to a new screen to complete your profile if applicable.
