How to download an invoice for a product purchase
- Navigate to members.onepeloton.com
- Select “Order History” from the dropdown menu in the top-right hand corner
- Select “Order Details” for your order
- Select “Print Invoice”. This invoice can be printed or saved as a .pdf
How to get your Membership invoice
- Navigate to members.onepeloton.com
- Select “Preferences” from the drop down menu in the top-right hand corner
- Select “Memberships” from the central menu
- Select the Membership for which you require an invoice
- Scroll to “Latest Transactions”
- Select the payment value in the right-hand column
- Your invoice details will be displayed in the browser
