Whenever Peloton hardware is damaged by natural disasters, Peloton recommends that the Member works with their homeowner's, flood, and/or renter’s insurance company to file a claim for reimbursement or replacement. We are happy to provide any documentation requested.
Damage caused by fire, flood, wind, lightning, freezing, or other natural disasters of any kind is not covered by either the Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty or Service Plan.
