Small Strap: 325mm/12.8 inches |
7.5 to 10.5 inches / 19 to 27 centimeters |
Large Strap: 390 mm/15.4 inches |
10.5 to 13.5 inches / 27 to 34 centimeters |
Before pairing the Heart Rate Band with a device, please follow the steps below to ensure that the Heart Rate Band is adjusted properly:
1. Ensure the Heart Rate Band is properly fastened around the forearm, snug enough to stay put, but not so tight that it hurts or cuts off circulation. Wear the Armband at least 3 finger-widths away from your elbow crease to avoid friction and irritation. The Heart Rate Pod should be placed on the inside of the forearm. To minimize the possibility of skin irritation or discomfort, wear the Armband over clean, dry skin and alternate the arm on which the band is worn. | ![]() |
