Protecting Our Teams and Community
Out of concern for the health and safety of our Team and community, we ask that if you’re feeling unwell, may have been exposed to COVID-19, or otherwise need to change your delivery, please contact our Member Support Team to reschedule for a later date. Moreover, we ask that you maintain social distancing and ventilate your household, whenever possible, for the duration of the delivery of your order.
In most cases, the respective expert team will call you about thirty (30) minutes prior to your delivery. Please be advised that due to the size, weight, and setup complexity of the Peloton Tread, it is not possible for us to successfully perform the delivery without entering your household.
Scheduling Your Delivery
Depending on the post code of the delivery address you provide, your order will be delivered either by our own team of experts or that of our external delivery partner. If your order is being delivered by our own expert team, use the link in your confirmation email in order to schedule your delivery. If your order is being delivered by our appointed external partner, you will be contacted to schedule your delivery within four (4) business days after placing your order. Before Your Delivery
To prepare for a quick and seamless delivery of your Peloton Tread, we recommend clearing the access route from the entrance of your household to your room of choice as well as the final set up area for the Peloton Tread. We strongly recommend positioning your Peloton Tread in a room with extra space, so you can workout both on and off the Peloton Tread.
The Peloton Tread has a footprint of 173 cm x 84 cm, and you’ll need at least 2 m clearance behind your Peloton Tread, and 60 cm on each side at the final set up area. The Peloton Tread belt sits 20.5 cm from the floor. The space above the Peloton Tread must be free of obstacles, and if the tallest user the household is standing on the Peloton Tread, a ceiling height of at least 51 cm between the ceiling and the person’s head is required. Remember that your Peloton Tread will need to be plugged into a socket, so you should make sure that the final set up area for your Peloton Tread has one nearby. The power cable attaches to the front of the Peloton Tread and is approximately 1.8m in length. We do not recommend plugging your Peloton Tread into an extension cable. Moreover, please ensure that your Peloton Tread is set up within range of your WiFi router.
In order to save time and to start working out right away once the delivery is complete, we recommend setting up your Peloton user account prior to the delivery of your Peloton Tread. You can do this by visiting members.onepeloton.co.uk as soon as you’ve placed your order, logging in using the same email address you used to purchase your Peloton Tread. If you already have an active user account, for example, if you have a Peloton App Membership, you will only need to sign in on the Peloton Tread with your email address or username and existing password when prompted. Please ensure that you have these login details, as well as your WiFi login ready for when your delivery is due to take place.

Note: The expert team reserves the right to cancel the delivery or setup of your Peloton Tread if the delivery or setup process seems unsafe or impossible at any time. We can check the space conditions at the delivery address or at the final setup location individually based on pictures and by consulting the respective expert team.
During the Delivery Window
All Peloton Treads are delivered unassembled in three large boxes, and the final set up of your Peloton Tread will be completed at the delivery address. If you purchased accessories with your Peloton Tread, these will be delivered at the same time. Upon arrival at the delivery address, the respective expert team will transport the Peloton Tread to the room of your choice and set it up at the final setup location, connect it to the power source, and connect it to the WiFi network. After the Peloton Tread is set up and before it is used for the first time, the respective expert team will usually conduct a functional test by running it at high speed and on a steep incline. Depending on the environment in which the Peloton Tread is located, this part of the setup process can be noisy. You can then activate your Membership to get started!
Note: The Peloton Tread is only suitable for indoor use. Any outdoor use will void the warranty.
