We know you’re going to love your Peloton Experience, but if you’re unsure, we completely understand. That’s why Peloton is offering new Members the opportunity to purchase a Bike without the hassle. Eligible Members will be able to try the Peloton Bike and accessories for 30 days and return the Bike for a full refund if it's not for them. If you’re not satisfied with your Peloton experience, just reach out to our support team within 30 days of delivery and we’ll pick up your Bike and provide a full refund.
Who is eligible for Home Trial?
- Members purchasing their first Peloton Bike
- Members who have never used the Home Trial offer
What is refundable?
If you return your Peloton Bike within the 30-day period, you will be refunded for:
- The Bike and all accessories (if purchased together)
- Subscription payments
- Delivery Fees
