If the shoes you receive are the wrong size, we're happy to exchange them for you.

Please include your name, order number, and shoe size you need—
and we will send you a prepaid return label to send the shoes to us. Once your shoes are on their way, we will ship you out the correct size as soon as possible. It typically takes about 5 business days to receive your shoes once you send the shoes back to us.
Please note: Returned shoes must be in new, unworn condition and they must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges via Peloton are only eligible for purchases made via Peloton. For any third-party purchases, please reach out to the vendor the shoes were purchased from.
