Q: Which Peloton Membership is required for Peloton Row?
A: You’ll need our All-Access Membership with your Peloton Row to access our library of rowing content on Peloton Row. All-Access Membership also includes access to the Peloton App, live and on-demand classes, personalized class recommendations, and access to training programs that help you reach your goals. Q: What Memberships contain Rowing classes?
A: App+ and All-Access Members have no limits on access to Row and Row Bootcamp classes. An All-Access Membership is required to access Rowing classes on Peloton Row. Peloton App One Members have access to 3 cardio equipment classes per month, including rowing, indoor cycling, or indoor running classes.
Q: How much does the All-Access Membership cost?

Q: If I have 2 Peloton Rows, do I need 2 All-Access Memberships?
A: Yes if you purchase 2 Peloton Rows, you’ll need two separate All-Access Memberships.
Q: If I already have a Peloton Bike/Bike+ or Tread, do I need to pay for another subscription for Peloton Row?
A: No, your Peloton All-Access Membership can be attached to up to one Peloton Bike or Bike+, one Peloton Tread, and one Peloton Row in the same household.
Delivery, Setup, & Specs
Q: When will deliveries begin for Peloton Row in Canada?
A: Deliveries will begin once Peloton Row goes on sale on October 24. You will be prompted to schedule delivery at checkout.
Q: Is there a separate fee for delivery?
A: White-Glove delivery is included in the price of Peloton Row.
Q: What are the product specs?
A: Peloton Row measures 7’10’’ in length, 2’ in width, and 4’ in height.
Q: With White-Glove delivery, will the delivery team set up my Peloton Row anywhere in my home?
A: Yes, our delivery team will assemble your Peloton Row in your room of choice. However, our delivery team does not set up the Upright Wall Anchor. For safety reasons, we strongly recommend getting this professionally installed by a handyman, appliance installer, or local hardware retailer.
Q: Is there a wall anchor? Is there a tip-over restraint? What is the Upright Wall Anchor?
A: Peloton Row comes with an Upright Wall Anchor that allows you to store your hardware upright and save space in your home. The Upright Wall Anchor is a safety feature that prevents your Row from falling over while it’s stowed vertically and should always be used if stowing your Row vertically.
Q: Does Peloton set up the Upright Wall Anchor?
A: No, Peloton does not set up the Upright Wall Anchor. For safety reasons, we strongly recommend getting this professionally installed by a handyman, appliance installer, or local hardware retailer. Please refer to the Upright Wall Anchor guide that comes with your Peloton Row.
Q: Does Peloton Row fold?
A: The only part of Peloton Row that folds down is the touchscreen for upright storage. Row measures 7’10’’ in length, 2’ in width, and 4’ in height while on the floor, and 7'10" tall when stored upright.
Q: How much space do you recommend for Peloton Row?
A: For Row-only workouts, we recommend 2’ clearance to the left, right, and rear of Peloton Row. For Row Bootcamp classes, we recommend 2’ clearance to the rear, 2’ clearance on one side, and 4’ clearance on the other side. A ceiling height of at least 8’ is required for vertical stowing with the Upright Wall Anchor.
Q: What are the minimum power requirements for Peloton Row?
A: The Peloton Row requires a nominal 120-volt circuit and has a grounding plug that looks like
the plug illustrated in the figure below. Make sure that the product is connected to an outlet
having the same configuration as the plug. Do not use an adapter with this product.
Q: What are the WiFi requirements for Peloton Row?
A: We recommend a minimum of 10-15 Mbps download and 2.5 Mbps upload speed for your Peloton Row touchscreen.

Q: Which platforms and markets is Peloton Rowing content available on?
A: Rowing classes are available on the Peloton App for App One, App+, and All-Access Members globally in the markets that Peloton currently serves, including the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany and Australia. Peloton Row is available in the US and will launch in Canada starting this Holiday season. Please note that Rowing content is currently only available in English.
Q: What types of classes can I take on Peloton Row?
A: You can access a wide variety of classes on Peloton Row including Rowing, Row Bootcamp, guided and unguided Scenic classes, music-based classes, and more. There’s a range of class types, difficulty levels, and class lengths to fit your goals and mood. If you’re just learning to Row and need help getting started, there are classes to guide you every step of the way. You can also take one of Peloton Row’s guided Programs to get started. Q: What is Row Bootcamp?
A: Similar to our Bike Bootcamp and Tread Bootcamp classes, Row Bootcamp combines Rowing and Strength Training.
Q: Will there be live classes?
A: Live and on-demand classes will be available at the launch of Peloton Row in Canada. Rowing classes are currently available on the Peloton App for App One, App+, and All-Access Members. Please note that Rowing content is currently only available in English.
Accessories
Q: Will there be dedicated Rowing Accessories available?
A: We offer a specially designed mat for your Peloton Row to protect your floors from scuffing and sweat. The mat will be available for purchase with your Row when sales launch starting Tuesday, October 24.
Q: Are there any required Accessories to use the Rower?
A: You don’t need any special equipment to utilize Peloton Row. We recommend wearing close-fitting clothes and flexible shoes with firm soles.
Q: Can I purchase Accessories with my Peloton Row order?
A: Yes, you can purchase Accessories with your Peloton Row when sales launch starting this Holiday season.
Q: What Accessories Bundles will be available for Peloton Row?
A: The Peloton Row Starter, Select and Ultimate bundles will be available for purchase starting this Holiday season. These bundles will allow you to purchase Accessories such as workout mats and weights to ensure that you’re ready to get up and running on day one!
Warranty
Q: How much do the warranties/Protection Plans cost?
A: The Row Protection Plan costs $300 CAD.
Q: Is there a warranty?
A: Peloton Row is covered by a 12-month limited warranty for the touchscreen and components, along with labor. The Row frame is covered for 5 years. Additional information will be provided when sales begin starting this Holiday season.
Q: Does Peloton offer a Protection Plan?
A: Yes, we offer a 27-month extension to the 12 month limited warranty (39 months of total coverage) to the 12 month limited warranty (39 months of total coverage) for Peloton Row with no Accidental Damage coverage. Q: Can I use the Referral Program rewards/discount with a Peloton Row purchase?
A: At this time, Peloton Row purchases are not eligible for the Referral Program.
Q: Are there discounts on Peloton Row? Can I use the student/military discount?
A: You can shop Peloton Row’s limited time, introductory offer for up to $475 off your Row purchase. We will not be offering concessionary pricing discounts at the moment. There is no discount on the All-Access Membership, but if you already have an All-Access Membership, it can be attached to up to one Peloton Bike or Bike+, one Peloton Tread, and one Peloton Row in the same household.
