The Peloton Rental program gives new Members the opportunity to lease a Bike or Bike+. Through the Peloton Rental program, Members pay a single, combined monthly charge for the Bike or Bike+ and the monthly Peloton Rental Membership. Additionally, there is a one-time upfront fee paid at the time of signing the lease.
Holiday Rental Offer
From December 7th through January 9th, Members can receive a discount on the Rental Essentials Set. The Peloton “Rental Essentials Set” is a limited time offer available for Bike/Bike+ rentals and includes shoes and lightweights.
The discount will total the value of the shoes and weights and will be auto-applied to the cart.

Q: I bought out my Peloton Rental Bike/Bike+, am I eligible to receive a promotion?
A: Only Peloton Rental Bikes or Bike+’s that are rented between Thursday, December 7, 2023, and Tuesday, January 9, 2024 are eligible to receive the “Rental Essentials Set''.

Q: Which markets are participating?

Q: Is there a delivery fee?

Q: If I cancel/return, do I get the delivery fee back?
A: Any fees that you pay for Peloton Rental are nonrefundable. Peloton Rental is not eligible for our Home Trial program.
Q: How is Peloton Rental different from financing or Home Trial?
A: Compared to financing your purchase, Peloton Rental offers you flexibility with one low monthly payment that includes both the cost of the Peloton Bike and a Peloton Rental Membership. If you choose to return your Bike, you can do so at any time without penalties. We’ll even pick up your Bike free of charge.
Q: How do I take advantage of this program? How can I purchase a Peloton Rental Membership?

Q: How long does my agreement last for? Do I have to purchase at a certain point?
A: Peloton Rental offers you the Peloton Bike and Peloton Rental Membership with the option to buyout and own your Bike outright or cancel at any time with no penalty.
Q: How can I buyout my Peloton Rental Bike?
A: To buyout your Peloton Rental Bike, begin a chat via this link, and someone from our Sales Team will reach out within 24 hours to complete the buyout.
Q: I am a current Member and I heard about Peloton Rental - will this impact my costs/Membership?
A: No, this program does not impact current Members or our current Membership offerings. Eligible Peloton App One and App+ Members can take advantage of Peloton Rental.
Q: Can I switch over from financing my Peloton Bike to the Peloton Rental?
A: No, unfortunately you cannot switch over from financing your hardware to enrolling in the Peloton Rental.
Q: Is a warranty included?

Q: Can I rent multiple Bikes under Peloton Rental?
A: Peloton Rental is limited to one rental per person.
Q: If I have to move, can I move my Bike?
A: Yes! Peloton Rental Members are allowed to move their Bikes as long as they move within Canada (excluding Quebec, NWT, Nunavut, and Yukon).
Q: If I cancel my Peloton Rental Membership, am I able to rent again in the future?
A: Peloton Rental Members who cancel their membership cannot rent again within 12 months.
Q: Does my Peloton Bike have to be in a certain condition to be returned?
A: The Bike’s frame and screen must be free of adhesives, paint or cosmetic markings, cracks, dents or other major damage. The screen must power on. If your Bike is returned in damaged condition or with missing parts, you may be charged for such damages.
Q: Will my Membership be taxed?
A: Some states and/or provinces consider electronically delivered products, services, or subscriptions taxable. In order to be in compliance with state and local tax jurisdictions, the Peloton All-Access Membership, Peloton Rental Membership, and Peloton App One and App+ Memberships may be subject to state, provincial, and local taxes.
Q: Which Peloton Products is this program available for? Can I use this program for Tread?
A: This program is currently available for the Peloton Bike and Bike+ only, excluding Tread and Guide.
