Tread Touchscreen Power Troubleshooting
If your Tread's touchscreen is not powering on or your Tread unexpectedly slows or stops, there could be a loose connection on either the deck or display.
Please make sure that the power cord on your Peloton Tread is fully connected to both the electrical outlet and the Tread's deck, and that the power cord has enough slack for the Tread to incline.
Also, check that the power/data cable behind the touchscreen is fully connected to the display. There are 3 ports and it should be fully connected in the middle port.
If checking this connection solves your issue, go to onepeloton.ca/bracket/checkout to order a retaining bracket for the touchscreen cable.
After checking the connection, hold the power button located at the back of the touchscreen for 5 seconds and wait until the Peloton logo appears.
In the event that the touchscreen does not light up, touch the stop button and check if the knobs and center button are receiving power. They will light up if they are receiving power.

Tread Power Troubleshooting
If your Peloton Tread is not receiving power, first ensure that the power switch button is on and the Tread is plugged into an outlet that meets its power requirements.
The power requirements for the Tread are: 120V, 60Hz, 15A dedicated circuit. A dedicated circuit is a circuit used for a single appliance.
If the outlet meets the power requirements, check that the power cable is connected properly to both the electrical outlet and the Tread's deck.
If the Tread is still not receiving power, please try switching to a different outlet. Do not use a power strip, power adaptor, or an extension cord.
