How do I navigate to Challenges?
On Bike/Tread
To participate in Peloton Challenges, tap on “Challenges" at the bottom of your Bike or Tread touchscreen.
On Web
To opt-in or join a challenge on the Peloton web platform, a Peloton App Membership is required (please note a Bike/Tread Membership includes app access). If an App Membership is not purchased prior to logging in, there will be an option to sign up and register on members.onepeloton.com.
Once logged in, select the “Challenges” tab from the home screen.
On iOS
The Peloton iOS app requires an App Membership (please note a Bike/Tread Membership includes app access).
Once logged into your app, select the “Challenges” tab from the home screen.
The iOS app must be running on the latest version for Challenges to be available.
Please note that feature offerings may differ between the Peloton App Free, App One, and App+ versions.
Challenge Options
Once on your Challenge page, you will see three categories to view Challenges:
- Active Challenge: Challenges in progress.
- Upcoming Challenges: Challenges that have not been joined.
- Completed Challenges: Challenges that have been completed based on Challenge requirements.
FAQ
Does the Peloton iOS app & web have the same challenges that are available on the Peloton Bike and Tread?
Challenges will show up on any platform where they can be completed. That means that some challenges visible on the Bike (i.e. cycling distance challenges) will not appear on the iOS app or the web.
With that said, if you join a challenge on any platform, you will be able to see that challenge on every platform. For example, if you join a cycling distance challenge on your Bike, you'll then see that cycling distance challenge on every platform, including iOS and web.
How do I know if a challenge is available?
It will show up under “Active” or “Upcoming” Challenges.
What is the Annual Challenge?
The Annual Challenge is a year-long challenge beginning in January that adds your active minutes (i.e. the time you spend in a class) across classes you take throughout the year. Join the challenge at any time, and receive badges for each 1K active minutes you spend in Peloton classes.
How long will it take to populate my results?
As soon as a class is over, results will populate on your profile.
If my Membership ends, do my achievements still exist?
Yes, but you will have to renew your Membership to continue achievements.
