Any items purchased online or in-store excluding final sale items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. Due to how quickly Peloton Apparel inventory moves, we are unable to offer a direct exchange option. If you would like a product replacement, please process your return and place a new order.

For a full refund within 30 days of purchase: items must be unwashed, unworn and with tags attached. The original shipping fee is non-refundable. If any items were purchased with a referral code, your order will be refunded in the form of a new code for the amount of the returned items. Please contact Support for your referral refund.
Once your package has been received, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Apparel Referral Credits
Peloton’s referral program is a $125 CA discount to the online Apparel store when you refer a friend to a purchase a Peloton Bike or Tread. This credit is a one time use promotion, is non-transferable, and cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.
This reward cannot be used for the purchase of gift cards or merchandise credits and are valid for six months from issuance. Shipping fees may apply to your purchase.
