We know you’re going to love your Peloton Experience, but if you’re unsure we completely understand. That’s why Peloton is offering Members the opportunity to purchase a Bike without the hassle of a return fee! Eligible Members will be able to try the Peloton Bike and accessories if purchased together for 30 days. If you’re not satisfied with your Peloton experience, just reach out to our support team within 30 days of delivery and we’ll pick up your Bike and provide a full refund!
Who is eligible for Home Trial?
- Members purchasing their first bike.
- Members who have never done Home Trial.

Home Trial does not apply to the following:
- The Peloton Tread
- More than one Bike per order
- Accessory purchases (without Bike)
