What is Strava?
Strava is the social network for athletes. Strava’s mobile apps and website connect millions of runners and cyclists every day.
Every ride counts, whether it’s indoor or out - so we partnered with Strava to make it easy to track your Peloton rides as you would any other workout.
On Strava, you can also follow some of your favorite Peloton instructors like Matt Wilpers; plus you can join the Peloton Club to connect with other Peloton riders.
How do I share my Peloton rides to Strava?
- First, join Strava and download the app. It’s free.
- Tap the “share to Strava” option available after you complete a ride or on your ride history page to share all past rides.
- If you want your future Peloton rides to sync automatically, simply select the option to auto-post your workouts directly to Strava.
Control your auto-post settings
You can control your Strava auto-post settings on your bike. Go to your account settings by tapping your username on the top left of your home screen. Tap the social button, then[select the option to auto-post your workouts to Strava (if you want your future Peloton rides to sync automatically).
Why is my Peloton calorie count different than my calorie count on Strava?
Stava accounts for riding outdoors in a (mostly) fixed position on the bike. Peloton gives you full credit for all the calories burned in a dynamic indoor cycling class.
Can I post my rides to Strava when I ride at the Peloton Studio?
The ability to share a ride to Strava is currently only available on the home bike. Stay tuned for any updates!
