When you go to set up your bike, you will first be asked to connect to your wireless network. We recommend having your wireless network password available when you receive your bike.
If you run into trouble connecting your bike to your wireless network, we recommend restarting both your bike and your router. If you continue to run into trouble, please refer to our article on Troubleshooting Peloton Touchscreen Internet Connectivity.
Note: The Peloton bike has trouble connecting to wireless repeaters, extenders, and boosters. We recommend connecting to the main router in your home and disabling any additional networks to prevent interference. We also recommend placing your bike as close to your router as possible for the strongest connection.
