Apparel gift cards can be redeemed online for apparel.onepeloton.ca by entering your gift card information at checkout. Apparel gift cards are not redeemable at Peloton Retail Stores, however you can purchase Peloton Apparel using a standard Peloton gift card at participating Peloton Retail Stores.

A: Peloton gift card balances can be viewed by going to the CashStar Portal here. Balances can also be viewed by using the link in your gift card email, applying the gift card to your cart at checkout or by emailing onepelotoncagiftcardsupport@cashstar.com.

A: If you want to surprise someone with a Peloton gift card, you can have the egift card sent directly to their inbox at the time of purchase, or you can schedule delivery for another day and time that works for you. Once the recipient has viewed the gift card, you will receive an email notification to let you know they’ve viewed their special surprise!

A: Where required by law, remaining balances on cards may be subject to refund. If your TGCM PLTN Issued Peloton gift card has a verifiable balance of $10 or less, please contact peloton@giftcardhelp.com to request a refund.
Q: What happens if I lose my gift card?

Q: I was not aware there was a daily redeemable limit of $2,000 in gift cards. I cannot purchase certain Peloton products, can I get a refund.
A: By law, there is a maximum purchase allowed within a 24 hour period of $2,000.
A: Peloton offers split payment methods in order to purchase anything over $2,000.
A: If needed, Members can purchase hardware and accessories in separate days in order to maximize their gift card spending.
