Peloton offers a variety of Bike and Bike+ classes with Light Weight segments that are typically 5-10 minutes long depending on the instructor and class. We recommend having a pair of 1-3 lb Light Weights on hand so you can participate in the full class.
If you are just getting into indoor cycling, we recommend starting out with 1 or 2 lb Light Weights. More advanced riders typically feel challenged with 2 or 3 lb Light Weights.
