Peloton offers a variety of classes with weight segments that are typically 5-10 minutes long depending on the instructor and class. We recommend having a pair of 1-3 lb weights on hand so you can participate in the full class. You can filter for classes that include weights in the on-demand library.
Choosing Hand Weights
If you are just getting into indoor cycling, we recommend starting out with 1 or 2 lb weights. More advanced riders typically feel challenged with 2 or 3 lb weights.
