You have the option to change your username at any time. Changing your username will not affect your ride history or any other saved data.
To change your username, make sure you are logged in on your Peloton Bike.
- Once you are on your home screen, press on your username on the left-hand side of your touchscreen, then select on “My Account”.
- Once in your account, press on “Username” and update your username to whatever you’d like.
Your username must use alphanumerical characters only, must be 15-characters or less, and it must not be in use already by another rider.

If you have forgotten your password and need to reset, simply click here and enter your email address. You will then receive an email providing you with instructions on how to reset your password.
