To help prevent the further spread of COVID-19, we have implemented a new delivery format where we will fully assemble your Bike and bring it to the entrance to your home or apartment unit. We are able to deliver Peloton Bikes to many areas of Canada, but unfortunately, we are currently unable to deliver to the following areas:
- Newfoundland & Labrador
- Nova Scotia
- Prince Edward Island
- New Brunswick
- Northwest Territories
- Select areas in the Provinces of Ontario, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Alberta, and British Columbia

Once in your home, the delivery technician will need 15 to 30 minutes to complete the assembly of your bike. All technicians are professional, courteous and will be respectful in your home. Your technician will make sure that your bike hardware is properly assembled before leaving; however, once this is completed, you will be responsible for setting up your Peloton account and activating your software subscription (it's easy! And we're here to help). Your delivery technician will also remove boxes and packaging that your bike shipped in from your home.
You can expect that your technician will run through the following before they leave your home:
1. All nuts and bolts on your bike are tightened.
2. Power on the touchscreen to confirm that it works properly.
3. Check that your Peloton bike is stabilized.
