There are a few different ways to find delivery estimates for your order:
- You can view the shipping estimate for your order when you go to check out on our website.
- If you make a purchase in one of our showrooms, the staff there will confirm the shipping estimate for your order.
- If you purchased a Peloton bike, you will be contacted by our scheduling team to arrange your delivery.
If you need to delay the delivery of your Peloton bike, please let our Member Support team know. Once your bike is shipped, we are unable to delay the delivery, so it's important we know your needs as soon as possible to ensure your bike is shipped at a convenient time.
