Returning Your Peloton Product
If you are not satisfied with your purchase of any new Peloton Product, you can request a return within 30 days after your delivery. Unless your purchase is eligible for our 30-Day Home Trial Offer, this Return Policy applies.
Peloton’s guarantee does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents subject to the terms of our Limited Bike Warranty and our Limited Tread Warranty.
Because of the size and weight of our fitness products, we do not offer a refund for any shipping or delivery charges that you may have paid to receive your Peloton Product. Returns made outside of our 30-Day Home Trial must be approved and if approved will be charged an additional return shipping fee of $250 or more for Bikes, and $300 or more for Treads, depending on your location.
If your Peloton Product is returned in damaged condition, with missing parts, or otherwise has signs of abuse, Peloton reserves the right to refuse a refund or to charge additional restocking fees, at Peloton’s sole discretion.
If your Peloton Product is returned in damaged condition or with missing parts, you may be charged an additional restocking fee.

30-Day Home Trial Offer
We also offer a 30-Day Home Trial for first-time purchasers of each of our new Peloton Products (Peloton Bike, Peloton Bike+, and Peloton Tread) in which you will receive a full refund on your Peloton Product, as well as a refund for certain accessories and membership payments made during your trial. Eligible purchases are subject to the terms of our 30-Day Home Trial Terms and Conditions.
Returning Your Peloton Accessories
The following merchandise may not be returned or exchanged if they have been worn, used, or purchased marked down/sale item:
- Water Bottles
- In-Ear Headphones
- Heart Rate Monitors
All other returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and must be shipped with the original packaging. Peloton is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking. Refunds for purchases will be credited back to the original payment method only.

If the shoes you receive are the wrong size, we're happy to exchange them for you within 30 days of purchase.
To exchange your shoes, please contact our Member Support Team by clicking here. After you fill out the form, we will send you a prepaid return label to send the shoes to us. Once your shoes are on their way, we will ship you out the correct size as soon as possible.
Please note: Returned shoes must be in new, unworn condition and they must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Returning/Exchanging Your Peloton Apparel
Any items purchased online or in-store may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. Due to how quickly Peloton Apparel inventory moves, we are unable to offer a direct exchange option. If you would like a product replacement, please process your return and place a new order.

For a full refund within 30 days of purchase: items must be unwashed, unworn and with tags attached. The original shipping fee is non-refundable. If any items were purchased with a referral code, your order will be refunded in the form of a new code for the amount of the returned items. Once your package has been received, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
