To download a copy of your Peloton workout history, follow the steps below:
1. Log into members.onepeloton.ca/profile/overview to view your Profile.
2. Once in your Profile, click the "Workouts" tab.
3. Select the "Download Workouts" option in the top right corner.
This will create and download a spreadsheet of your complete workout history and workout data, including minutes spent in class, mileage, total output, calories burned, etc., to your computer.
