The Peloton Guide homescreen features several great ways to find your next workout by selecting a class in the featured section, browsing by category in the class tab, or by starting a class in a preselected program. You have the ability to use the filters to narrow down your selection by instructor, class type, difficulty, and more.

Class Plan:
You can also view more details regarding a class to see what muscle groups are being targeted with our Body Activity feature. Class Plan gives you a detailed rundown of the segments and movements in the class. You can even select an individual movement for a form demonstration, so you’re ready to go when it comes up in class.

Body Activity:
Each of the movements on the Peloton Guide’s library comes with information about what muscle groups it targets. When you’re selecting a class, you can see the top few areas it focuses on. Expand the class details and look at Body Activity for a snapshot of which muscle groups are targeted.
