Peloton is always looking for ways to improve our products and features. One of the ways that we make these new features available to you is through software updates that we push to your devices.
If you’re ever unsure about what version of software your device is running, there is a simple way to find out!
The easiest way to verify that your Peloton is updated to the latest and greatest software is to verify in the Settings section of the touchscreen. Here’s how to check:
Step 1: Go to the Settings on your Peloton touchscreen (located in the upper right-hand corner), and tap on 'Device Settings'.
A. If you have a Peloton Bike or a Peloton Tread+, tap on 'About tablet', located under the System section.
B. If you have a Peloton Bike+ or a Peloton Tread, tap on 'System'.
Step 3: Tap on 'System updates'.
This will tell you whether or not you have the latest available version of software on your device.
If you do not, you will be able to begin the update process in the pop-up window that displays on your screen.
