You have the option to change your username at any time. Changing your username will not affect your ride history or any other saved data.
To change your username, make sure you are logged in on your Peloton Bike or Tread.
- Once you are on your home screen, press on your username on the left-hand side of your touchscreen.
- Select “My Account”.
- Once in your account, press on “Username” and update your username to whatever you’d like.
Your new username must use alphanumeric characters only, must be 15-characters or less, and it must not be in use already by another rider.

If you have forgotten your account's password and need to reset, simply click here and enter your email address. Soon after, you will receive an email with a reset link and instructions on how to update your password.
