Metric Glossary
To help you track your progress during any supported AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) workout, the Rounds Completed metric tallies the number of rounds you successfully finish in any given amount of time.
Total Volume, measured in lbs (pounds), is determined by multiplying the number of reps by the weight you are using. For any workout that counts reps and incorporates weights, you can contribute to your total volume.
- Please note, volume is calculated based off the weight you perform each movement with, not necessarily how much you are carrying.
- For example, if you perform a bicep curl using both arms at the same time and hold two 20 lbs dumbbells, each repetition will contribute 40 lbs to your total volume. However, if you alternate or use a single arm, each repetition will add 20 lbs to your overall volume
Targets Hit, measured in % (percentage), indicates your ability to meet your Instructor's assigned reps or time targets for each movement during class. Your success in reaching these targets determines your "Targets Hit" percentage.
- Gold award: ≥95%
- Silver award: 90-94%
- Bronze award: 85-89%
You can initiate a Movement Streak during class if you successfully hit a rep or time target for two or more consecutive movements. Once this movement streak begins, you will receive an alert notifying you of the ongoing streak and its current length. Following the completion of your class, you can track your longest streak in the Movement Tracker Stats section.
If you take multiple sessions of the same class, Comparative Metrics allow you to compare both overall class metrics and metrics specific to each movement. This feature enables a detailed comparison of workout details for each class, giving you valuable insights into your performance.
