Q: What is the Qantas Marketplace offer?
A: From Thursday, March 9, 2023, the Peloton Bike and Bike+, as well as their Starter bundles, are available for purchase on the new Qantas Marketplace. Qantas Frequent Flyer members can use their points to purchase these products.
Q: How can I use my Qantas Frequent Flyer points to purchase Peloton hardware?
A: Visit the Qantas Marketplace website and login to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account to checkout with Points or Points + Pay.
Q: When/how will my Bike be delivered?
A: Your order will be delivered by our external delivery partner, Winning Services. You will be contacted by a representative to schedule your delivery. If you require further assistance scheduling your delivery, feel free to contact our Member Support Team!
Q: Which products are available in the Qantas Marketplace?
A: Please check Qantas Marketplace for latest offers and availability. The Peloton Tread is not available on the Qantas Marketplace at this time.
Q: Will I get a 30 day free trial if I purchase through Qantas Marketplace?
A: Purchases through the Qantas Marketplace are eligible for 30 day returns for change of mind. Please contact Qantas Support at frequent_flyer@qantas.com.au if you wish to return your order.
