A: Compared to financing your purchase, One Peloton Club offers you flexibility with one low monthly payment that includes both the cost of the Peloton Bike and an All-Access Membership. If you choose to return your Bike, you can do so at any time without penalties. We’ll even pick up your Bike free of charge.

Q: Can I switch over from financing my Peloton Bike to the One Peloton Club?
A: No, unfortunately you cannot switch over from financing your hardware to enrolling in the One Peloton Club.
Q: Is a warranty included?

Q: Can I purchase multiple Bikes under One Peloton Club?
A: One Peloton Club is limited to one purchase per person.
Q: Does my Peloton Bike have to be in a certain condition to be returned?
A: The Bike’s frame and screen must be free of adhesives, paint or cosmetic markings, cracks, dents or other major damage. The screen must power on. If your Bike is returned in damaged condition or with missing parts, you may be charged for such damages.
