If you encounter an issue on the Peloton Tread+ after a recent software update such as difficulty waking the Peloton Tread+ using the stop/center button or stock-still lights on the handrail, please follow any recommended steps below to resolve the issue:
- Tap the touchscreen. OR
- Push and hold the stop button until the light turns off. Then, push it again. OR
- Restart the Peloton Tread+ by shutting it down via the power button located at the base or by holding down the power button located at the back of the touchscreen.
Alternatively, the software update issue will resolve on its own approximately 30 minutes after the update has been completed.
