We’re committed to providing Members with a seamless delivery experience. Once you place your order, your Peloton Tread will be put into a temporary scheduling hold until it’s ready for delivery. We’ll hold your spot in the delivery queue, and you'll be notified via email, as well as SMS if you have opted in, with a scheduling link once your order is available to schedule for delivery.
Q: What if I buy a Peloton Tread in the UK/Canada?
Thank you for reaching out. Scheduling holds for Peloton Tread deliveries only applies to Members in the US. If you live outside of the US, you will be able to schedule your Tread delivery when placing an order.

At the end of the purchase process, your order will be confirmed and placed into a temporary scheduling hold. You will be notified via email, as well as SMS if you have opted in, with a scheduling link once your order is available to schedule for delivery. Once your order is released for scheduling, most Peloton Tread orders are expected to be delivered within 2-3 weeks after scheduling (subject to delivery restrictions, weather, and availability).

If you ordered accessories with your Peloton Tread, they will be on hold until your order is released for scheduling. Once your order is released for scheduling, your accessories will ship directly to you or will be delivered with your Tread. If your accessories are shipping directly to you, you will receive tracking information via email.
Q: What if I also have a Peloton Bike or Bike+ on my order?
If you order a Peloton Bike or Bike+ along with your Peloton Tread order, your Bike or Bike+ will also be on hold until your Tread order is released for scheduling. If you would like to have your Bike or Bike+ delivered separately, we ask that you place a separate order for each product.
Q: Can I cancel my Peloton Tread that’s on hold?
Yes, you can cancel your Peloton Tread anytime during this process. Please note, by canceling your order, you'll lose your place in line. To cancel your order, please contact our Support Team.
Q: How much is delivery and set up?
Delivery and assembly are included in the cost of your Peloton Tread.
Q: Will the Delivery Team set up my Peloton Tread anywhere in my home?
Yes, our Delivery Team will assemble your Peloton Tread in your room of choice. Always make sure the space around your device is clear and keep children, pets, and objects away from the Tread at all times. Q: Is Peloton offering threshold delivery?
Unfortunately, due to the size and weight of the Peloton Tread, we cannot offer a threshold delivery.
Q: I’m uncomfortable with the delivery team entering my home. Can the Peloton Tread be left outside?
We understand your concerns surrounding the delivery of your Peloton Tread. Unfortunately, we cannot leave the Tread outside of your residence. To perform your delivery, our Team will need to enter your home.
Q: Can I use the Peloton App while my order is on hold or waiting for delivery?
