While there is an acceptable level of noise from your Peloton, if you are experiencing something abnormal, stop using the Tread and contact our Member Support Team. We recommend providing a video of the issue. Here are guidelines for the video:
- Video Length: ~15 secs.
- Video Size: 20MB or under (anything larger will be rejected as an email attachment).
- Volume lowered unless the issue relates to the speakers.
- Focused on the area where the issue is being reported.
- Please also make sure to collect the serial number of your Peloton.
