Sessions are back and here to stay!
Sessions is a feature that allows you to experience a live Leaderboard in an on-demand class where all Members have started the class at the same time.
Sessions are available on Running and Cycling classes over twenty minutes long and start every five minutes.
Sessions FAQs
How do I start a Session?
In your Class tab, select a Running or Cycling class over 20 minutes in length. Eligible classes will be marked with a "Sessions" banner.
Upon joining a Session, you will be directed to a waiting area until the class begins.
If you miss joining a specific Session, you can always join another in the next availabilities! New Sessions begin every five minutes.
What classes are available in Sessions?
Sessions is only available on running and cycling on-demand classes that are at least 20 minutes long. At this time, Sessions is not supported on scenic rides, scenic runs, yoga, stretching, strength, meditation or cardio classes.
Can I Schedule a Session In Advance?

What happens when I’m in a Session?
Sessions make it easier to start an on-demand class and begin at the same time as every other Member.
With this feature, you'll experience a live leaderboard and have the opportunity to interact with your community by competing in real-time and sending high-fives.
Where can I find the feature?
Sessions is available on all Peloton hardware products including Bike, Bike+, Tread, and Tread+.
Sessions is not available on the Peloton Web, Peloton App, Apple® compatible, Amazon® compatible devices, or Roku® compatible devices.
