What's the offer?
Peloton and Chase Sapphire have partnered to bring eligible customers a new fitness benefit.
Chase Sapphire Reserve and J.P. Morgan Reserve customers will receive up to $120 in statement credits on eligible Peloton Memberships through June 30th, 2022. Chase Sapphire Preferred customers will receive up to $60 in statement credits on eligible Peloton Memberships through June 30th, 2022.
Eligible Memberships include:
- Peloton App Membership managed through Peloton (memberships purchased through third-party app stores are not eligible): The Peloton App Membership gives you access to thousands of live and on-demand classes anywhere, anytime, with or without equipment. It includes a diverse selection of indoor cycling, running, walking, Bootcamp, strength, and outdoor (audio-only) classes. You can access the Peloton App on your Apple®, Android®, or Amazon® compatible device, or on the web.
- Peloton All-Access Membership: The Peloton All-Access Membership is the membership purchased in connection with the purchase of a Peloton hardware product, such as the Bike or Tread. The All-Access Membership provides you with full access to Peloton’s available classes, content, and features on a single Peloton hardware product in one household, plus access to the Peloton App for as long as the All-Access Membership remains active.
How do I sign up to receive this offer if I’m new to Peloton?
New Peloton App Members must click here and enroll using your Sapphire Reserve, Sapphire Preferred, or J.P. Morgan Reserve Card. Memberships purchased through a third-party app store (e.g., Apple® App Store or Google® Play App Store) do not qualify for this offer. After your 30-day free trial, statement credits will automatically be applied to your credit card statement for the monthly membership fee. Offer ends 06/30/22.
To sign up for a new Peloton All-Access Membership, you must first purchase a Peloton-connected fitness product. During checkout, make sure to use your eligible Sapphire or J.P. Morgan Reserve card as the payment method for the All-Access Membership. After your product is delivered, your All-Access Membership will begin, and your statement credits will be applied automatically through June 30th, 2022.
Am I eligible?
You’re eligible if you have a valid Chase Sapphire Reserve, Chase Sapphire Preferred, or J.P. Morgan Reserve credit card issued by JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. Member FDIC. See “What’s the offer?” for details about which Peloton purchases are eligible for the statement credit.
How do I take advantage of this offer if I’m already a Peloton App Member?
Step 1. Determine whether your Peloton Membership was purchased through Peloton directly, or through a third-party (e.g., Apple® App Store or Google® Play App Store). In order to be eligible for the offer, the membership must be managed through Peloton directly (but don’t worry, if it’s currently managed through a third party and you would like it to be managed by Peloton, you can follow Step 2a).
- To check whether your membership is managed through a third party, we recommend checking your Apple® or Google® Play subscriptions on your respective device to see if Peloton is listed under your Apple® or Google® Play account. If you do not see your membership listed on your device, your membership is managed by Peloton.
Step 2a. Memberships purchased through a third-party app store like Apple® or Google® Play are not eligible for these benefits.
- If you would like to cancel your current membership, please follow the instructions listed here.
- Click here to enroll in a Peloton App Membership (managed through Peloton) using an eligible Chase Sapphire or J.P. Morgan Reserve card. Note – if you use the same email login as your prior membership, your profile and workout history will transfer.
Step 2b. If your membership was purchased directly through Peloton (in Step 1), make sure your eligible Chase Sapphire or J.P. Morgan Reserve card is set as your default payment.

I used to have a Peloton App Membership, but I canceled. Can I still take advantage of this offer?
Yes – to take advantage of this offer, simply click here to re-activate your Peloton App Membership using your eligible Chase Sapphire or J.P. Morgan Reserve card. If you use the same login credentials, your membership history will be restored once you re-enroll.
Do I have to receive the statement credit in consecutive months?
Nope! You can receive the statement credit in non-consecutive months. So, if you decide to start a membership, pause it, and resume it later, you will resume receiving the statement credit:
- Sapphire Reserve and J.P. Morgan Reserve: up to $120 through 06/30/2022
- Sapphire Preferred: up to $60 through 06/30/2022
What happens after I redeem the full value of my statement credit?
After you redeem the full value of your statement credit, you will continue to be charged for your Peloton App or All-Access Membership. If you wish to cancel at any time, click here to see how.
How do I make sure my Chase Sapphire card is set to my default payment method?

What happens if I change the payment method or remove my Chase Sapphire or J.P. Morgan Reserve card from my account?
This exclusive Peloton benefit is only available when using your eligible Chase Sapphire or J.P. Morgan Reserve credit card as the default payment method for your Peloton App or All-Access Membership.
You will no longer receive the statement credit benefits if you remove these cards as your default payment method.
I have an eligible Chase Sapphire card but don’t see my statement credit. What do I do?
Statement credit(s) will post to your account the same day your qualifying Peloton transaction posts to your account and will appear on your monthly credit card billing statement within 1 – 2 billing cycles.
If you do not see your statement credit on your statement within 1 – 2 billing cycles, you should contact Chase Support by calling the number on the back of your credit card.
What devices can I use to access the Peloton App?
You can access the Peloton App on Apple® iOS, Android®, Roku®, or Amazon® compatible devices, and on the Peloton web platform.
I have multiple authorized users on my account. Does the benefit cover multiple memberships?
The benefit covers any eligible Peloton Membership charges on the account, even if they come from different authorized users. However, the amount of your statement credit does not increase for each additional authorized user on your account - you will still only receive up to $120 back for Chase Sapphire Reserve and J.P. Morgan Reserve accounts and up to $60 back for Chase Sapphire Preferred accounts.
What if I upgrade my Peloton App Membership to an All-Access Membership?
No problem! You will still be eligible to receive the statement credit towards your monthly membership fees until your credit is used or expires.
