Due to coronavirus containment measures, we have implemented threshold delivery for the Peloton Bike to the entrance of a home or apartment unit, in order to limit interpersonal contact. Given the size and weight of the Tread, we are unable to offer the same service and as a result, we are temporarily pausing Tread sales and deliveries.
After 3/18, we will cancel any Tread deliveries and issue a full refund on the original form of payment in the next 7-10 business days. If you financed your Tread, your Affirm balance will be credited in full and any payment methods you provided to them will not be billed.
We will give Members whose Treads haven’t been delivered advanced notice once we are ready to begin selling Treads again. In the meantime, we are still selling and delivering Bikes.
