Any items purchased online or in-store excluding final sale items may be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please note that due to how quickly our inventory moves, we may be limited in exchanges. To process your return, please click here.
Due to COVID-19, we are not currently accepting any in-store returns. For further assistance, please contact our Support Team.
For a full refund within 30 days of the purchase: items must be unwashed, unworn and with the tags attached. The original shipping fee is non-refundable. Once your package has been received, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Any online or showroom Apparel purchase can also be returned in a showroom. If any items were purchased with a referral code, your order will be refunded in the form of a new code for the amount of the returned items. Please contact Support for your referral refund.
